Q.

Hi sir, My son is 2 yers old. He just started to speak. He is always biting, hitting, crying for everything. He always throws objects and even toys also he plays by throwing them. Even if someone cry for something, he laughs on them. Is is any abnormal behaviour or any checkup needed? please give some suggestions. Thank you
