Then you should be telling it politely initially and then if the child is yet not listening say no little strongly and you can also scold your child if your child is throwing things and this is not the behaviour no you don’t have to throw things and that is also not working then distract your child into some activity instead of saying no just get some toys in the front and say with this try to distract if the is not working for the child
