hi sir...my boy is 5 years and 8 months old(20kg)..he is having fever for the past 3 days....and he complaining about calf muscle pain(nowhere else)..no other symptoms of cold..and fever subsides only when the medicine is given. he is on p250 (7ml).. taxim o 4.5ml... t minic 3ml

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. give paracetamol for the fever. Fever is when the temperature is more then 99 degree . Paracetamol can be given for the fever every 6 hourly of fever is reoccurring frequently. Fever may be due to any viral infection so mostly will subside in 3 days other wise consult a doctor near by.
