my son is 3.7 years now , He was complaining sometimes about left leg pain on calf.

A. Normally at this age child goes through "growing pain".The muscles of calf and thighs stretch and as preschoolers it is common and will go away on its own as years passes by.If the pain is acute,then please visit your doc once to get it diagnosed.
