After Your delivery for first 40 to 60 days you should eat light food like Roti all kind of pulses green leafy vegetable good amount of fruits avoid having heavy stuff and refined flour for at least 60 days after delivery whether it is vaginal birth or C-section it is better to avoid heavy feud have light and mild spices and after that you can have everything but right now you can eat everything all vegetables and everything but light not heavy spicy
