Hi, please tell me what should be a water quantity for 8 months baby. Right now she is facing constipation issues and drinking appr9x 30 ml water in a day

A. hi 40 to 50ml is enough but if child is not taking enough then increase your breastfeeding frequency give liquid diet like mung dal Pani, fruits especially juicy fruits more
