Hi ,my son is 3 years old.he is not sitting at one place ,he is roaming around,he is restless some time,and hyperactive,i have put him private playgroup tution in that place also he is not sitting at one place,Academic wise he is good,he also speak 4 to 5 words or the word which we are said he repaeat those words.he is not speaking full sentences in his own.while other children in this age are sitting at one place,speaking properly.in his tution teacher is saying that he is in his own world,academic wise he is brilliant but can't sit at one place so we were not able to do other activity with him.please help me out what to do .i am worried about this situation, on june onwards he has to go to school ,if this is the situation he is not able to focus on study or concentrate what teacher is saying.does this thing is normal ?
