A. Few children have extremely high levels of energy and they are little difficult to manage. You have to keep a lot of patience to make him docile. Avoud difficult situations at home. Try to make him understand to concentrate for short periods. Keep a routine fir him. Take him for outdoor playing in the garden so he can run and burn off his extra energy.

A. I am following a schedule for him daily ma'am... Morning routines and breakfast and television for sometime.. Then schooling and then sleep... Evening outdoor playing and homework and then sleep... But still he is the same at school.. Not sitting.. Can I try yoga or meditation for him or how should I channelise his energy?

A. Encourage the baby to play outdoor games and also keep him busy so that his energy is channelized in a positive way also consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better after examination and analysis as he's hyperactive
