my 3.8 year old son is know numbers till thousands and even he read 3 letter words but he is not sitting in one place for long periods is he hyperactive child ? or its normal

A. hello parent your kid is 3 year 8 months old difficult to judge hyperactivity in this age group involve the child in activities like writing reading playing music etc have some patience before deciding as hyperactivity
