hi my son has got rashes like this on his stomach...what's the reason behind it. I use Himalaya massage oil for him is it because of that or it is because of food what I eat

A. not due to oil.. it's some skin infection, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
