Hi my son has completed 1 year and 3 month so can i give flaxseed oil if yes which company should i buy for my son please specify the name. And how much amount should i give in 1 day . And what are the benefits of flaxseed oil for my son. Please let me know. Thanks.

Nihita mittalMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. good morning I would not recommend you to give it independently to the child it is advisable to use a normal oil for preparation of food which you use for everybody else and flaxseed oil is not required to be given separately
