Hi My Daughter fell off look upper lip and Gum joint got cut. Will it grow or we need to treat it

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. will heal by itself it is important to follow the instructions opinion advice and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem . they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not take medicines not prescribed by the doctor . take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification or any lab / radiological investigations.

You’ll have to get a check with your doctor because this was difficult to say what exactly is the situation what you have posted seems like you’ll have to have a checkup and treatment for that it is not going to heal on its own so better to check with your paediatrician one time
