A. yes can be injury. It is not possible to comment upon or advise on this issue as it might require a detailed examination so you can see a nearby doctor for the same and do as the advise for this

A. please consult your pediatrician as they will advise you proper medication for the same as if there is swelling the child will be in pain and pain today will be advisable apart from this looking at the weather condition cold or warm compress will be advised by the doctor
