Hi My baby is 11 months old so when can I start giving non veg.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy11 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You can give eggs now. Other non veg can be given after the age of one year. After one year of age Please give chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.
