Hi Doctor, when can I start giving non-veg to my son. He is 11 months old now.

Egg yellow chicken and fish can be given to the child in this age other other non-vegetarian like a red meat and all can be introduced to the child later bye the age of 2 1/2 to 3 years currently there is no restriction on these foods and slowly you can introduce seafood as well to the child
