hi, my baby is 1 month 8 days old. i have loose motion due to having antibiotics of my tooth root canal and my doctor recommended bacillus clausii spores suspension for loose motion. i having augmentin 625 as antibiotics. please let me know if antibiotics is safe for my baby as i am breastfeeding.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can take the medicine if prescribed by your doctor and your doctor knows that you are a breastfeeding mum otherwise better to mention your doctor that you are a breastfeeding mum so the doctor would be able to advise you with a mild medication accordingly
