#AskTheExpert my 4 year old kid has tooth decay. I have done 1 tooth root canal. The doctor said I need to do the remaining 3 teeth root canal. I have a question, why only 4 teeth need a root canal. is it the right way or any other option is available.

A. Route canal is mostly done when the teeth or actually getting damaged till the route that is my root canal is suggested if it was a normal cavity or something the doctor would have filled it up but right now maybe the situation is much worse than that which is why your doctors advising you for this
