hi, my baby boy was born with little larger or sagging type scrotal sac with a very small penis. elders in family mentioned to give steam or hot oil massage to get to normal size. but without any ado I consulted doctor who consoled me not to worry and that size rectifies over time. but my boy is 9 months old now and still has a small penis, 1 cm or hardly 2 cm when stretched. sometimes completely inside when he squeezes. however his scrotal sac looks normal now. also he always pees in installment 3 times since birth. pee count is good though but never in one stream. please help this concerned mother
