Hi my 20 month old daughter has been inside mostly during this pandemic not much outside contact .can it impact her negatively .and what can I do to keep her engage

yes ,it can affect child's Social , communication skills.
but not that much.
To prevent and to cure this negative effect , you should spend quality time with your child.
give age appropriate toys like building blocks, puzzles, shape or color sorting activity etc.
I would suggest Babyhug brand toys as they contain BPA free material .
you can take your child on terrace to play.
