2. Follow a healthy diet by including lots of vitamins and minerals and avoid high calorie food intake. Healthy diet not only helps your body but it is also beneficial for your baby.
3. Alcohol means extra calories without any nutrition. If you are breastfeeding then avoid alcohol as it gets passed to your baby while you are feeding.
4. Brisk walking can help you to burn extra fat. But don't start doing heavy exercises as you just had a c-section delivery and your cut is still delicate.
5. Avoid everyday sugar, bakery sweets like cake, biscuits, jams, etc. and sugary drinks like cold drinks and all types of processed foods. Whenever you have sugar cravings go for fresh fruits or dry fruits.
6. Do not go for comparison of your body with someone else's. Every human being is physically different. All have different digestive system, metabolism and capacity to eat. So target on your goals and achieve it.
It will take time for our body to be in shape after delivery. So plan your weightloss journey accordingly and don't stress yourself too much thinking about how to lose weight. Enjoy motherhood because it is a lifetime experience and take care of yourself.
