Agar aapka health theek hai aur koi indigestion jaise issue nahi hai as such , fir koi problem nahi hai , aap baby ko feed kar sakte hai

A lot of people have this misconception that what you eat is going to affect your child whether it doesn’t happen actually we just recommend you to avoid eating junk food and too much of sugar food rest whatever you eat healthy it’s not a problem and whatever you’ve eaten till now it’s healthy only whether it is vegetarian or non-vegetarian
