A. you can start if it is normal delivery if it is Cesarean section another 3 months Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hi only after 6 months of delivery till that to reduce or maintain weight ,you should start walking more avoid using vehicles for short distance take green veggies, fresh fruits more avoid junk food
