A. After consulting with your doctor, you can start brisk walking for 30-45 mins in a day. You can do Surya Namaskar. Initially start with less and then increase gradually. Abdominal crunches can help in reducing post pregnancy belly fat. Start off slow and do not strain yourself too much. Start with 5 crunches in a day and then increase gradually. Flutter kicks help in losing extra fat in your calves and thighs. Sit ups will tone your upper legs and help to cut down the weight on your lower stomach.
