When i can start workout after csection?

A. properly after six months only. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. hi dear mom..you can start workout post six months of delivery..as internal stitches take time to heal....don't exert yourself too much..as internal stitches have just healed . gradually start the process. happy parenting
