hi, mam please suggest me the best supplement for my belly fat , my baby is 10month old, but i have lot of fat and i m extremely disappointed myself

A. Dear mum, belly fat reduction requires overall weight and fat loss. Eat mindfully and avoid high calorie foods, oily and processed foods. Have all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You should have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle. Exercises like abdominal crunches, pelvic tilts will help to tone the stomach muscles.
