Hi, im suffering from severe cold and headache visted dctr today (General Physician) he suggested nanofen p some wherw in google i saw aceclofenac is not safe dueing bf plz suggest. I already taken one dose.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic condition and needs a proper evaluation.
steam ivdnhalation will be very effective.
decongestant medicine like ascoril flu / wikoryl / sinarest can be given.
viral illness could also have associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly.
