Q.

I have severe body pain and fever. Whom should I consult gynae ( as my baby is on breastfeed) or general physician

A. consult general physician.. ask him or her about ur nursing status. Drinking plenty of water will allow you to stay hydrated and flush out harmful toxins, mucus, and other foreign bacteria from the body.

A. hello ypu can contact physician itself which should be fun and just mention your doctor that you are a breastfeeding mum and he wil be able to advise you with !ild medication accordingly and you can even tke dolo 650 which should be a good and safe choice
