hi iam suffering from snoring problem . in pregnancy due to weight gain i have this problem.but post delivery also it is continuing .pls help me to get rid of it.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom you can try to do some breathing exercises would be helpful for it as well and also keep your head a little elevated while sleeping as well too
