Q.

Hi, i was 72kgs when I got pregnant with my first child and gained only 8-9kgs in the entire pregnancy. My child was born healthy weighing 3kgs. I managed to reduce my weight to 63kgs in 2 years, but gained back 4kgs. I want to try for a second baby and trying everything from last 6 months to reduce that 4kgs. but I cannot even reduce half a kg even with healthy diet and exercises. my bmi currently is 26. can anyone suggest a solution to this problem? I am getting disheartened every time I step into the weighing machine.
