Q.

Hi I m 27th week of pregnancy. From tdy morning I m having loose motion n stomach pain n cramping. Yesterday I had non veg afternoon. N night chapati n subji ice cream. Usually I have less spicy food but yesterday I had little spicy food. Is this any prblm me n baby. Only one time I had loose motion. N wt kind of food can I have now.

A. hi please do the following things: take healthy and well balanced diet. eat light food like Khichdi,curd rice with roasted jeera powder,upma , fruits like apples , chickoo or pomegranate juice. include natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc in your diet. keep your body well hydrated. maintain good hygiene. if condition remains same please visit your gynecologist
