Hi, i have lost 5-7 kgs after c section. Please advise how to gain weight as I am on breast feed.

You have lost a decent amount of weight so that’s good enough if you want to increase your weight and you have more of protein into your daily diet which is what is going to be a century and if your child is currently seven months plus and you should give more of proteins to the child as wellWrite Your Answer Here
