Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. balanced diet is the key to gain or reduce weight in case you feel that you are low on energy and need to put on weight then food items rich in carbohydrates are most important for your diet however that doesn't mean that you need to indulge in oily food everyday once again I say carbs can be taken from various other food items which are not oily yet healthy
