Q.

Hi, I am Amarender, my 2months old son not urinating more than 3 times in a day. I consulted local pediatrician. He told that it is due to summer effect and the baby is normal. is it normal in summer ? please suggest me a way out from this problem.

A. the parent your kid is just two months old if the child is passing urine less than 3 times per day that suggest inadequate feed intake kindly consult your pediatrician for assessing weight gain pattern, if weight loss associated kindly consult lactation consultant for assistance

A. Hi mom Baby should pass out urine 6-8 times in 24 hours. If the pee count is less then 6 then that means ur baby is dehydrated. Feed more frequently to keep ur baby hydrated. Take care
