Hi I am 2 months postpartum how should I reduce my tummy and scars on my stomach can u help ?

A. kindly take regular diet water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and cut down on fatty food and also meet a dietitian who will guide you regarding proper diet

A. for stretch marks: usually they fade away within sometime by own naturally. but they will not disappear completely. you can just try some homemade remedies to reduce them like : massage this part with oil like bio oil or vitamin E oil. make a scrub with sugar, almond oil and few drops of lemon juice,use it daily before taking bath. take healthy and well balanced diet. keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene.

A. hi for belly fat: start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery. till that walk ,walk and walk ,it is good pelvic floor exercise. don't use vehicles for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. eat low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more. avoid taking processed oily spicy food increase your Fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
