how to reduce my postpartum tummy..?

A. To reduce fat around the stomach area, it is important to include protein and fiber rich foods I your diet. Keep yourself well hydrated with variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, coconut water, etc. Do skin toning exercises like squats, running, brisk walking, jogging, skipping, breathing and Yogasnas. Drink warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning everyday.
