hi from yesterday I'm having milk duct even after rolling up with hot water and oil massage duct is still there can anyone help me with this

Massage gently above the blocked duct and then express by hand behind your nipple.
take baby for feeding on the affected side frequently, change positions so that his chin and nose are alternately pointing in the direction of the clogged duct.
wear loose clothing and avoid wearing bra for some days
Ensure your breasts are soft and comfortable at the end of feeds to avoid further engorgement
