hi everyone my baby has red dots like boils on her face (pimple like) I am using coconut oil and Himalaya gentle baby soap as of now with Himalaya powder is it due to any of this?

Hello ma’am If you have a doubt that it may be happening because of the soap and oil you are using them stop applying it onto your child’s face at least for a week and see if there is a difference then you would probably come to know the reason behind it. But otherwise I would just advise you to consult your paediatrician and go for a proper check up as to after that only any medication can be suggested to you
