Q.

Hi, Elders at my home are forcing me to add salt to my 7 month old son's porridge and other solids . But the article's i read everywhere says not to add salt till they are 1 yr old.is it safe for my son to consume salt in his food daily now?

A. hi, Don't add salt to your baby's food till 1 year.. you should explain the advers effect of having salt n sugar at this age to your elders ..
