Q.

Can I add salt in my baby food? She eats proper if I add salt… if I don’t add she pushes away… elders at home suggested me to add salt.. what do I do?

A. do not add salt in food as your baby is 6 month old. adding salt will affect your baby's developing kidney.. do not worry of the food is bland. tc

A. you can add salt because after six months baby should eat each and everything little bit

A. You can add very negligible salt sometimes but try to make your baby eat without salt .

A. hi dear What foods can be included in 6 months of baby's diet Fruits: Apple, Avocado, Banana, Pears, muskmelon, Peaches, Plums, Prune. Vegetables: Carrot, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato. Cereals & Grains: Rice, Ragi, Barley, Semolina/Suji/Rava, sabudhana/Sago/Tapioca, Ragira/Amaranth/Phool Makhana, Quinoa. Pulses: Yellow Moong Dal.
