Hi Doctor my boy is 3 month and 23 days old all of a sudden my breast have become soft and am unable to pump the milk using manual pump and my baby is also getting irritated from 2 days he is peeing more than 6-8 times in a day pls let me know if my milk is sufficient for him and how to increase milk flow of supply

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil for more bonding time. Consult a lactation specialist
