My breast are soft, but when I try to pump I see milk is not coming

So probably you do not have sufficient milk which is why your breast have become extremely soft so I can only tell you as of now if your not able to produce sufficient amount for the child can you can take some lactation supplement if they help in boosting your feeding and also you can go for formula feedingWrite Your Answer Here
