Q.
My son is 3months old. I could see he didn't gain much weight in last 1month. Also I could see my breast milk is very light with less fat lot of fore milk when I breast pump. when i pump 40ml only 10ml milk is hind milk. suggest what I can do improve.

Hello ma’am You can consult a lactation specialist because she can help you better on this issue she can tell you how can you increase your lactation on all of that apart from that if you feel that you have sufficient milk but you know it’s light and it is not and healthy then you should start giving formula feed to the child
