Q.

My baby boy is 16months old, I have stopped breastfeed due to my health issues as per doctor recommendation. I have been extracting and giving him milk though. Quantity of the Milk has reduced and I am unable to express 20ml of milk. Kindly suggest how to increase breast milk and which breast pump would be the best to extract milk. As of now, I have been using manual breast pump. Thanks in advance.

A. Your child 16 months if you want to quit breastfeeding you actually can go ahead with that that would be a good option for you since your health conditions are very favourable but still if you do not want to do it then I’m going to recommend Shatavari powder thrice in a day with warm milk maybe it will help in increasing your lactation
