#asktheexpert . how long can i continue to breastfeed, is there any health issues for mother if not stopped completely even after 2years??

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 22 months old and she is taking breast feeding still now then it’s not advisable at all as her health may not be increased and your too so stop breast feeding immediately

U Practically can quit breastfeeding after one year of age at any point of time because that’s a very good age for a mother to quit breastfeeding if you want to continue after that also for as long as you want to then it is completely your choice it has no side-effects no negative think so you can continue if you want
