Hello I delivered a week back by C-section.One of my breast has become hard and it is difficult for me to make it soft .I am afraid that milk accumulation in my breast may create infection. please tell me how to make my engorged breast back to normal and how to make my breast nipple soft and big as my baby is unable to latch to it. Is it easy to remove my engorgement by using a breast pump. Please tell me easy method to remove my engorgement.
