Hi Doc...My daughter is 3 months can I do some exercise or running...I have C- Section Pls Suggest

A. hi it is better to start any work out only after 6 months of delivery. till that Walk walk and walk don't use vehicle for short distance eat couple of bites less than usual take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits etc more avoid junk food items increase your fluid intake drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning maintain good hygiene
