ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi you are mother of 3 months old now pelvic region pain is not mostly associated with c section scar.it can be the problem associated with lower spine due to weight gain during pregnancy or pressure effect of pregnant uterus
