Q.

Hi, I delivered my baby some 8.5months back thru C-section. Now I have started with very lite exercise & some fast walking, but I feel pain in my pelvic bone. If I don’t do walking n all, then no pain is felt. What can be the reason for pelvic bone pain after 8months of delivery? What should I do? Pls guide.

A. great. you cab gym as well. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
