hi doc...I'm20 weeks twins pregnant..mera 2 or 3 days ke baad BP down ho jata hai and feet or face pe swelling b aa jati hai..why??

A. it may be preeclampsia Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once.
