Q.

hi doc I am 7 &1/2 months pregnant due to constipation I got bleeding in my potty place is it normal in pregnancy what should I do for stop bleeding my baby's movements are normal..pls suggest

A. common in pregnancy, to avoid constipation, Eat high fiber diet can encourage regular bowel movements. A high-fiber diet results in softer stool that are passed faster Avoid eating Spicy food , Besan, banana, curd rice heavy to digest. -Increasing your fluid intake can help soften your stools

A. you have to visit the doctor immediately.. dear.. take Isatgol with water or milk at bed time.. keep your self well hydrated.. take fibre rich foods follow the doctor.. take care of yourself..
